late 1930s-early 1940s era dress. A gorgeous crepey cotton. Super soft and swingy. Puffed sleeves, peter pan collar, gathered bust, wide fitted waist, and flared skirt. Cute patch pockets with embroidered confetti trim and lace ruffles. Trim repeats on collar and sleeves. Large plastic buttons. Hook and eye at waist, snap at neck. Gathers in back too.
