Incredible intricate antique filigree spiderweb necklace! Chinese export c. late 1800s/early 1900s. Comprised of 9 octagonal spiderwebs linked with tiny chain, plus one dangling at bottom, each web with a tiny spider in the center! Pin clasp closure. 17" long with each web about 1" wide. Great antique condition with normal signs of wear, and some minor darkening in spots - aged patina. Some of the spiders have bent or tiny missing legs its near impossible to tell unless inspecting very closely. Web on left end is a bit bent at top. True color best represented in last photo.
